Delete your account

The fastest way:

• Open Log Anything on your phone.
• Go to Settings (top-right of the home screen).
• Scroll down and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and all entries are removed immediately.

If you no longer have access to the app — for example, you uninstalled it or lost your phone — email us from the address you used to sign in:

support@loganything.app

We’ll process the deletion within 7 days. We may ask one confirming question (e.g. the email you signed in with) to make sure the request is genuine.

• Your account record (email, sign-in identifier, profile name, avatar).
• Every log entry you created (text, parsed structured data, timestamps).
• Your custom types, settings, and preferences.
• Any uploaded images (e.g. profile picture).

Subscriptions managed by Apple or Google are not cancelled by deleting your account — you need to cancel those in your Apple ID or Google Play settings separately, otherwise you’ll continue to be billed.

You don’t need to delete your account just to remove specific entries. Inside the app, open any entry → tap the menu icon → Delete. The entry is removed immediately and permanently.

Once deletion is processed, data is removed from our active databases immediately. Encrypted backup snapshots may retain a copy for up to 30 days before being overwritten — after that, your data is gone for good.
